Free Courier Delivery and Returns

We know that if you feel good about our products on screen, you’ll absolutely love the quality and feel, and even the smell, of our products once you get to see and touch them.

We appreciate that our products are high value, and buying items from the internet can be a ‘leap of faith’, even for the most swashbucklingly confident and adventurous among you!

That’s why we have extended our free delivery and returns offer on UK deliveries until further notice. We want you to feel confident that, if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return the item without hassle, and you are not left out of pocket.

Not only will we cover the cost of delivery, we will also arrange for a courier to come and collect it from you, free of charge, should you decide it’s not for you. No need to queue at the post office (what post office?), no need to worry about expensive recorded delivery.

All we ask is that you pack the item carefully in the same packaging it came in, unused and in its original condition, and telephone us within 7 days of the receipt of the item to arrange for a courier to collect at a convenient time. As soon as we have received and checked the contents, we arrange an immediate refund.

Delivery Costs outside the UK

Free delivery and returns only applies to any delivery within the UK.

Delivery to Europe is £25 per order, and to the USA £35 per order. For countries outside these please contact us by phone or email to get a postage quote.

We are unable to cover the cost of returns from outside the UK, although we will of course refund the cost of the product in full should you decide to return an item.
