Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

We can take online orders in UK pounds sterling and deliver to:

UKFREE(includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey)
Europe£15(EU countries Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxumbourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia and Sweden)
USA£25(including Hawaii)

For all other countries please contact us by email or telephone us (+44 (0) 1458 834 812) to arrange an order.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or to forwarding addresses as our goods are delivered by courier and need to be signed for on delivery.

How do you deliver and how long will it take?

All deliveries are by courier and will require a signature on delivery.

At checkout please choose a delivery address where you will be able to sign for the goods during weekday working hours.

Providing the item is in stock we aim to deliver to you within 5 working days, but please allow 10 working days for the goods to arrive especially in the lead up to Christmas. The maximum delivery period is 28 days.

Please allow an extra 3 working days for anything that has personalised engraving.

Is VAT (UK sales tax) deducted for non-EU deliveries?

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

If your order is being despatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT.

We will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT at the ‘check out’ stage of your purchase.

Please note: if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, the receiver of the goods may be charged their countries import duty and/or local sales taxes, which they will be asked to pay on delivery. Please check with the relevant country’s customs if you want to be sure of possible charges before ordering. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these charges.

What currency am I buying in?

All transactions are in UK pounds (sterling).

We show an approximate conversion to US dollars and Euros beneath our UK prices on the product pages. These are for guidance only, and the amount that is debited from you account will include shipping costs for your country and be charged at your banks exchange rate on the day of transaction.
