Availability
Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an expected delivery date and to ask you if you would like to proceed with the order under these delivery dates. We are happy to suggest alternative products if time is an issue, for a gift for example.
Bown will not request payment until goods are available for delivery.
Acceptance of your order
Orders are accepted at Bown’s discretion. An order acknowledgment is not acceptance of your order.
We normally accept an order if:
- the product is available
- the product passes its quality check
- all requested details have been correctly filled at checkout
- you are based in a country to which Bown is able to sell
- your card is authorised for the transaction
